As you know, we carefully listen to every players feedback. Based on these feedbacks we improved the jersey sizes for 2011 to make the fit and feel of our high quality GAIA jerseys better one more time.
Let us know if you have any kind of questions.
These are the changes:
MEN
a) a bit narrower in the width
- about 2,5cm narrower (front and back => about 5cm in circumference)
- width of 2010 size S = width of 2011 size M, etc
- same for all men's sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL
b) a bit longer, mainly for tall players
- Men's size S: no changes
- Men's size M: about 1,3cm longer
- Men's size L: about 2,5cm longer
- Men's size XL: about 3,8cm longer
- Men's size XXL: about 5cm longer
recommendations resulting from these improvements:
1) if you liked your 2010 size (or earlier) and just found the *width* to be a bit baggy or wide:
- take the same size ...
- ... and enjoy the bit smaller and longer cut
2) if you found your 2010 size (or earlier) to be quite right in *width*:
- take one size bigger (for example: old = M becomes new = L) ...
- ... and enjoy the same width and the bit longer cut
WOMEN
a) no changes in width
b) a bit longer, mainly for tall players
- Women's size XS, S, M: about 2,5cm longer
- Women's size L: about 3,8cm longer
- Women's size XL: about 5cm longer

If you found your 2010 size (or earlier) to be quite right:
- take the same size ...
- ... and enjoy the bit longer cut
